Welcome to ToolHa. By using toolha.com (the “Site”) you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. The service
ToolHa provides free online tools such as converters, calculators and text tools, together with guides that explain them. Most tools run in your browser. We may add, change or remove tools and features at any time.
2. Using the Site
You may use the Site for personal and commercial purposes, provided that you do not:
- break any law or use the Site to infringe other people’s rights;
- try to break, overload or bypass the security of the Site, or use automated systems to send excessive requests;
- copy large parts of the Site, its tools or content for use on another website or app without our written permission;
- upload or process content you do not have the right to use;
- misrepresent results produced by the tools or remove notices from the Site.
3. Your files and content
Files and data you use with browser-based tools stay on your device. Files you add to a tool that uses our server are processed only to create your result and are deleted automatically after the time stated on that tool’s page. You remain the owner of your content and of the results you create with the tools, and you are responsible for having the rights to process it.
4. Feedback, ratings and messages
If you send us feedback, ideas, ratings or messages, you allow us to use them to improve the Site without any obligation to you. Please do not include sensitive personal information in feedback.
5. Embedding our tools
You may embed a ToolHa tool on your own website using the embed code we provide, as long as you keep the link back to ToolHa, do not change how the tool works and do not present it as your own. We may withdraw this permission for sites that misuse it.
6. Our content
The Site’s design, code, text, graphics and the ToolHa name and logo belong to ToolHa or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may link to any page of the Site and quote short passages with a link to the source.
The free photos you can search in our Photo Editor are not ours. They belong to their photographers and come with their own licenses: photos from Unsplash under the Unsplash License, and photos from the WordPress Photo Directory under CC0. Each photo shows where it comes from. Please follow its license when you use it; for example, do not sell a photo unchanged, and a photo with a recognizable person, brand or building may still need their permission when you use it to sell something.
7. Accuracy and no professional advice
We work hard to keep tools accurate, but results are provided for general information. Tools about tax, salary, finance, health, law, religion or official procedures are not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional or the relevant authority. Please read our Disclaimer.
8. Advertising and third-party links
The Site shows ads and may contain links to other websites. We are not responsible for third-party content, products or services. Sponsored content is always labelled.
9. Availability
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ToolHa is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from reliance on results produced by the tools. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Copyright complaints
If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, please send a notice through our contact page (topic “Copyright”) with the page address, a description of the work, your contact details and a statement that you are authorised to act for the rights holder. We will review and act on valid notices.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the Site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
