Before you write
- Report a problem: tell us the tool name, what you entered, the result you got and what you expected. On a tool page, the “Help us make this tool better” box sends all of this in one step.
- Request a tool: describe the task you want to do, with an example if you can. The most-requested tools are built first.
- Privacy requests: choose “Privacy request” as the topic. See our Privacy Policy for your rights.
- Copyright notices: choose “Copyright” and include the page address, the work you believe is being infringed, your contact details and a statement that you are authorised to act for the rights holder.
Common questions
How quickly will you reply?
We usually reply within two working days. Messages about wrong results are handled first.
Can I suggest a new tool?
Yes, please do. Choose “Tool request” and describe what you need. We build the most-requested tools first and may email you when it is ready.
Do you offer a paid or premium version?
No. Every ToolHa tool is free to use, with no account and no premium tier.
Where is my data stored?
Messages are stored privately on our server so we can reply, and deleted after 24 months at the latest.
