Using the tools
Is ToolHa free?
Yes. Every tool is free to use and there is no sign-up. The site is supported by ads, and ads never change how a tool works or what it calculates.
Do I need to create an account?
No. You can use every tool without an account. Pinned tools and your theme choice are remembered only in your own browser.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. ToolHa works in any modern browser on phones, tablets and computers.
Can I ask for a tool you don’t have?
Yes. Use “Request a tool” on the homepage. The most-requested tools are built first.
Privacy and files
Are my files uploaded to your server?
Most tools work right in your browser, so what you type or open stays on your device and nothing is kept after you close the page. If a tool needs our server to do its job (for example some PDF tools), the tool page says so and tells you when your file is deleted automatically. We never look at, share or sell your files.
What do you store about me?
Very little. Your theme choice, pinned tools and recent searches are stored in your browser only. If you send us a message, we keep it to answer you. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
Why do you show ads?
Ads keep ToolHa free. In the EU, UK and Switzerland you can choose whether ads are personalised through the consent message.
Accuracy
How accurate are the results?
Tools use published definitions and are tested before release. Calculators show their formula, and country-specific tools show the official source and when it was last checked.
Can I rely on tax, salary, health or religious-time calculators?
They are for information and planning. Rules can change and personal situations differ, so please confirm important decisions with the official authority or a qualified professional. See our Disclaimer.
